When should I start rinsing?
Since the performance benefits are immediate, you do not need to start rinsing before your exercise. Rinse regularly throughout your workout, whenever you feel that you need a boost.
How many times should I rinse?
Carb-rinsing has a cumulative effect - the more you rinse, and saturate the receptors in the mouth, the greater activation in the brain. There are 4 rinses in each bottle- rinse all of them during your workout!

Does the brain become desensitized to the effects of rinsing?
Scientifically, there's no indication this would happen and no maximum amount of rinses recommended.
Does carb-rinsing work for all sports?
Over the last decade, studies demonstrate the efficacy of carb-rinsing for improving power output in many sports including cycling, running, strength training, maximum intensity sprinting, stop-and-go sports (e.g. soccer) and combat sports (e.g. fencing). More recent studies reveal that carb-rinsing also bolsters cognitive function (attention, mental focus, reaction speed), so it may extra beneficial for sports that involve concentration and accuracy (e.g. motor sports, basketball, equestrian).
If I’m not working out, can I still rinse?
Yes! Carb-rinsing may be useful for those trying to bolster self-control and promote positive behaviors, as well as those trying to reduce mental fatigue during their working day.
What are the storage recommendations?
Rinse does not require refrigeration, but does taste great chilled! It has an 18 month shelf life (best by date on bottom of each bottle).
